Return Policy

Contact Us: Email us at info@sugarandstitch.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

3. Prepare Your Return: Ensure items are:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags attached.

4. Ship the Item: Return the item to:

Please ship the return within 7 days of receiving the RA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.

5. Processing Time: Once your return is recieved, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Please note:

• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Beauty products

• Bodysuits

• Face masks

• Intimates/Lingerie

• Jewelry

• Swimwear

• Openpack Wholesale Orders

• Restocking Fee: Returns not meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.

• Refunds: After processing, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
